We understand that unexpected issues may occur during shipping. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how we handle such cases.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product received is defective, spoiled, or unusable upon delivery.

The wrong item is delivered (different from the product ordered).
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the following conditions must be met:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

You must share clear photos and videos of the damaged or unusable product along with the outer packaging showing shipping labels.

The item must be in its original packaging and unused.

A valid order ID and proof of purchase are required.
2. Process for Reporting a Damaged or Defective Product

Step 1: Send an email to support@sartreeindustries.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Step 2: Include your order ID, contact details, and images/videos clearly showing the issue.

Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Step 4: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund (if the product is not replaceable).
Please note that our quality control team will assess the claim before approving any action. The decision of Sar Tree Industries regarding refund or replacement shall be final.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or partially used food products.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

Packages returned without prior authorization.

Items purchased under promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged in transit).
4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

In case of UPI, card, or wallet payments, processing time may vary depending on the respective payment gateway or bank.
5. Shipping Costs

For approved return cases (damaged or defective items), Sar Tree Industries will bear the return shipping cost.

For any unapproved or unauthorized returns, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact support@sartreeindustries.com immediately.

Cancellation requests after shipment are not eligible for a refund.
7. Responsibility on Delivery
Customers are requested to:

Since our products are food-based and perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged during transit or unfit for consumption.
